At Hyde Wesleyan Church, we believe that joining God on mission is not just a task but our calling as His people. Through our mission emphasis, we celebrate and support the work of God happening locally and globally, partnering with missionaries, ministries, and everyday disciples who are faithfully living out the Great Commission. We recognize that God is already at work in the world, and we are privileged to come alongside Him, using our prayers, resources, and lives to bring His hope and love to those in need. Together, we are making an eternal impact as we respond to His call to be His hands and feet in the ordinary and extraordinary moments of life.
We have a longstanding history of giving financially towards the Mission of The Church. Each year, we dedicate several weekends to emphasize this commitment and to receive Faith Promise Offering commitments from our congregation.
FAITH PROMISE is a financial commitment made by individuals at the local church level each year to support global and local missions. We also invite our church family to commit to prayer and fasting as we approach this FAITH PROMISE commitment time. The desire is for each of us to ask the Lord what dollar amount He would have us give towards this church-wide initiative. These designated FAITH PROMISE offerings are collected all year long and are used to support both global and local mission efforts.

As a church, we are committed to building meaningful relationships with missionaries and organizations who are faithfully sharing the love of Christ in communities around the world and right here at home. Through prayer, financial support, and active partnership, we join them in their mission to bring hope, healing, and the Gospel to those in need. Together, we are part of something greater—advancing God's Kingdom and making an eternal impact.
