Pastor Stevan is deeply rooted in a rich heritage of Wesleyan pastors, tracing back through generations of family legacy. Since sensing the Lord's calling in his adolescence, Stevan has answered God's Call by entering vocational ministry, graduating from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2002 with a degree in Christian Ministries. Ordained in The Wesleyan Church in 2004, he has served congregations in Indiana, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania.
Joining Hyde Wesleyan Church in 2014, Stevan initially served as an assistant pastor before the congregation called him to serve as lead pastor in May 2018. With a shepherd's heart, he prioritizes building genuine relationships within the community, striving to lead others into a deeper connection with Jesus Christ. Committed to presenting the Gospel in fresh and relevant ways, Stevan passionately seeks to exalt God through the church, embodying excellence and integrity in his ministry.
In addition to his pastoral duties, Stevan finds joy in family life with his wife, Jessica, and their two children, Ella Marie and Ezra Paul. Together, they embrace their roles as leaders within the Hyde Wesleyan family and actively engage in service and life within the Clearfield Community. In his leisure time, Stevan indulges in woodworking projects and enjoys biking adventures with his family and friends, and sometimes embracing moments of solitude on the open road and trail.
